MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY

My name is Hafsah, I am the lead coach. After LOSING 21kg of excess weight, I decided to help other women achieve happiness using my own expérience.
In 2012, being hypertensive with a BMI of 40+, my cardiologist advised me to lose weight, she told me that taking walks will improve my heart health, but i felt ï had no time for that. I tried so many funny methods, joined different clubs, bought different weight loss supplements, all to no avail.
The number of my medications kept increasing, I was going to have another tooth extraction, the third one actually as a result of my sweet tooth! After the extraction, I had complications, and could not eat for days. I missed my usuals, 50cl twice daily of my favourite soda drink, bread, candy, chewing gum.
Believe me, I lost 3kg in 5 days.
Doing away with eating these junks could actually bring down my weight! that was the turning point. I started taking walks and eating healthy.

As the popular saying goes, ‘an apple a day keeps you away from the doctor’. However, it is not surprising that most of us would go for a chocolate bar before we even think of the health benefit of apple if we had to make a choice between a chocolate and an apple.

How I can help you

We tend to exhibit this same attitude when it comes to exercise. We all know the health benefits of exercise but we don’t create time for it. We are too busy with our daily life so much that we consider dedicating 10 minutes out of the total 1440 minutes to exercise a big deal.

But these are the basics of life. A healthy weight, proper diet and regular exercise. We can achieve all these life elongating attributes if only we are ready to put our knowledge of exercising and apple eating into practice.
