You will be placed on 5 days of detoxification at the start of the programme, then 3 days monthly.
We will set weekly goals together and work out easy ways of achieving them based on your schedule.
We will give you individualized meal and workout plan that is tailored around your goal. It will also be based on your BMI and the muscle groups that are termed the “Problem areas”. These plans are realistic and workable.
Coaching and support
Research has shown that weight loss works better when you have a good support system. We offer support and hold your hands throughout your journey. We will assist you to see what works for you, because we know that weight loss is not a one-size fits all. You will have access to the coach from 8a.m to 5p.m daily
We have monthly Challenges tagged “LOSE 5 IN 15”. This is a 15 days challenge where members are expected to lose 5kg in 15 days through high intensity workouts and special meal plan.
