Our female-only gym is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals with personalized attention and a range of amenities designed just for you.
In addition to providing access to state-of-the-art gym equipment, our membership includes participation in group workout sessions led by our experienced trainers. Our workout schedule is designed to accommodate various lifestyles:
Tuesday: Morning sessions from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday: Evening sessions from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: Evening sessions from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday: Morning sessions from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Saturday: Morning sessions from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Sunday: Morning sessions from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
During these scheduled times, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in dynamic group workouts tailored to your fitness level and goals, all under the guidance of our supportive trainers.
Outside of the scheduled group sessions, our gym facilities are available for individual use, allowing you to work out at your own pace and convenience.
